2. Description of Service
Email Guard is an AI-powered Gmail assistant that helps users understand, organize, and manage their emails. With user permission, Email Guard analyzes email content to provide summaries, email insights, translations, and AI-powered reply assistance.
3. User Accounts & Authentication
Email Guard uses secure Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may revoke Email Guard's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Email Guard only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not misuse the service to send unsolicited email, distribute malware, or violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Data & Privacy
Email Guard accesses Gmail data only after you grant permission, and uses that access solely to provide the requested features. User email data is not sold or used for advertising. Our use of Google APIs complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. AI-Generated Content
Email Guard uses AI to generate summaries, insights, translations, and reply suggestions. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on or sending it.
7. Service Availability
Email Guard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Email Guard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Email Guard after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
